What happens after I make the booking? 

After making a booking your coach will contact you within 24 hours to introduce himself and find out more about the players specific training requirements. This is an important first step as it provides the coach with an understanding of the players footballing experience, motivations and overall goals. The coach can then plan and deliver a session which is going to provide the player with the maximum benefit.

How long is a coaching session? 

Each session lasts 60 minutes and consists of areas of the game the player wants to work on, as discussed when the coach first makes contact. Throughout the session there is time for feedback and analysis. Many sessions are adapted as the player progresses through the 60 minutes.

I would like to train alongside a friend, is this possible? 

Most coaches provide small group sessions for players wanting to have training alongside a friend, teammate or sibling. Small group sessions can consist of 2 to 5 players.

How much does a session cost and do you provide discounts?

A 60 minute coaching sessions is between £35 and £40 per hour, dependent on the coaches qualifications. For players requiring longer term coaching we provide 5 and 10 sessions packages which include a discounted hourly rate. For Small group session prices view the coaches profile page for hourly rates.
