Coachability connects players of all ages and abilities with coaches for 1 to 1 coaching across a variety of sports including football and tennis. We believe private coaching is the secret to reaching the next level in sports and life. With professional coaches across the UK and lots of 1 on 1 training sessions happening every day, we have a proven track record in taking your game to the next level.

A 60 minute session is between £35 and £40 which is dependent on the coaches qualifications and experience. A coaching package of 5 or 10 sessions can be booked which provides a lower hourly rate. As a minimum requirement all coaches must be enhanced DBS certified, first aid or emergecny aid trained, have 5+ years experience of coaching and an extensive range of coaching related qualifications. Rest assured that all coaches have undergone a rigorous background check to ensure the safety of all players.

Once you have booked a coach you will receive an email confirming your booking. Within 24 hours your chosen coach will contact you via phone or email to discuss your specific coaching requirements and setup the session.

Under the coaches profile it shows where the coach is based and a radius of where they provide coaching. The coach will have at least one location where they train players, in some cases two or three locations for you to choose from.

If your interested in booking a session with a coach but would like to ask them a specfic question first then just call or email our support team and we will pass the question onto the coach and then reply back to you asap.

If you haven't received a reply from the coach 24 hours after your booking then firstly please confirm your booking was accepted (a confirmation email would have been sent when the booking was made). It's possible the coach replied but the email went into a spam folder on your email account. Let us know if your didn't hear back from the coach and we do us best to contact them immediately and confirm their availability, in most cases the coach will follow up shortly after. We understand it can be frustrating not to receive contact from the coach right away. We encorage coaches to reply and confirm bookings as soon as possible. Due to the nature of their coaching work it is possible that coaches are unable to access their phones during coaching hours.

If an athlete needs to cancel a session, at least 24 hours notice must be given. If the coach does not recieve that 24 hour advanced confirmation notice, the coach at his or her discretion may mark that session complete and receive payment in full.

If you would like to cancel unused coaching sessions and receive a refund just contact us by phone or email and we will issue a refund for the remaijning amount of paid sesisons. Alternatively, if you would like to try a new coach then just let us know by phone or email and we can assit in swapping to another coach in your area.

No. If you purchase a package of coaching sessions then you are able to use these as frequently or as unfrequently as possible.
