Football Coaching Experience 

I have coached in different countries, including Holland Cyprus and England. I am currently in my 5th season at West Ham United academy and have worked with players from pre academy aged 6 all the way up to first team players, at different levels. I am also an ex semi-professional player who has played in Holland and Cyprus. I have worked hard the past 5 years with a main focus on individual sessions.

Session Plan

I like to work in accordance to the players abilities, wants and needs. My sessions often begin with ball mastery and enjoyable activities using a scanner to stimulate and prepare both the mind and the body, and drop feeding in little information which will be progressed and focus on further in the session. I like to mix the structure of the sessions, to surprise the player and keep him wondering what will come next. I focus hugely on enabling the player to express himself, creativity, confidence and working on developing his strengths into super strengths whilst also improving weaknesses. The scanner is a very useful tool I often to use which is challenging and enables us to create more realistic pictures and scenarios of the game and design practices which are position specific.
