Football Coaching Experience 

UEFA qualified coach with 26 years’ coaching experience including development roles with Chelsea FC , Crystal Palace FC and Millwall FC. My roles involved developing player skills, tactical awareness and positional play within different team formations. I have also coached for Arsenal FC, developing goalkeepers to Academy level. In addition, I ran my own successful football academy which attracted over 300 players per week. My playing career reached Semi Professional level in London and the surrounding area.

Session Plan

My sessions will cater for the skills a player or group wish to develop. The session will start with a warm up and stretching phase which will develop into the specific area of play being developed and associated technical content. My sessions can cater for all levels and abilities, from beginners to professionals. Sessions will aim to be as realistic as possible to the game and the players’ decision-making abilities are challenged in a range of conditions. To improve player confidence, physical and mental training is emphasised within the sessions.
