Hi I’m Graham Leclerc, I am a UEFA B coach based in Hertfordshire.

Football Coaching Experience

Having played mostly with friends I was spotted by the England cerebral palsy manager and went on to play in European and World championships as well as other international tournaments across a four year period, winning 2 gold medals. Injury kept me out of the London 2012 paralympics but I went on to play for London cp winning numerous league titles and a cp fa Cup.

My coaching journey really kicked on since then and I gained my qualification through Hertfordshire F.A. I have experience over a wide range of age groups up to under 18's. 1 to 1 coaching is something that I throughly enjoy as you can give your undivided attention and really work on areas of improvement. My playing experience has taught me that with the right attitude and support anyone can achieve and even exceed their goals.

Session Plan

My session plans are based on the four corner model with ball manipulation being a key area to work on. If i feel necessary, I will adapt to meet the needs of the client so that they can get maximum value from the session rather than sticking to a rigid plan. I feel that it is important to build relationships and where possible help the person, not just the player.
