Football Coaching Experience 

I had the pleasure to attend for six years from eleven years old till seventeen years old AC Milan youth Academy. In my playing career, I have 90 caps in 'professional game split within Varese Verona and Lugano. After my football career, I start to collaborate with AC Milan U8's for two years before moving to Uk where in my seven years in the UK I coached for Aldershot Town, Hayes & Yeading, Crystal palace Foundation till today where I'm Head of a development centre for Fulham AC. In the last two years, I've been working on 1 to 1 with a different age group from six years old to thirty years old.

Session Plan

My sessions are always bespoke for the client's abilities and needs. I split my session into three blocks of 20 minutes. I always work with ball mastery, game-related practice and agility-balance-control. I also work on build up confidence as a player and a human being. I believe in Observe - Think - React where is a player-centred coaching approach, Is all about them and follow the right patter to achieve their goals.
