Session Plan
Innovative sessions that merge physical warm up, isometric exercise and technical drills like ball mastery, shooting drills and passing drills. The typical session is enriched with fitness elements, stretching and mental coaching that is a fundamental backbone of young players at that age. Each session is designed to suit the player himself, focusing on polishing the strengths and improving less advanced skills of the player.
