Football Coaching Experience
I always played as a CB in a semipro team in Spain. There came a time when I had to decide between my football career as a player or my studies. I decided to start the teaching degree in the University and my football qualifications, I have never been more right. I started coaching for the club I played for, coaching in schools and competition teams, also I have been the player recruitment manager for some ages in the club. I developed a methodology called: formation through the competition.
I developed sessions where the decision making and emotional intelligence were my principal for my players. The main conclusion has been that, if you follow a good process not based in the early result (goals, victories, trophies, ego, etc.) at the end of the road you will discover that your results has been positive. Also, the fact that the player learns how to read the game and how to solve any game situation automatically, gives me the motivation to keep looking ad improving this way of coaching.
You will know why you are doing something, when to do something, how to do it, you will learn how the frustration and judgements can affect the level of your performance.

Session Plan
The session will be 100% personalised for the player.
The day of the session:
-We will try to meet a earlier if we could (15 mins) to have a little introduction to the emotional intelligence in the game and explain you the session.
-Warmup for 5-10 minutes, always with football.
-Main: we will work two dynamics of 15-20 minutes each, they will be based in the goals the player wants to improve.
-Cool Down: 5-10 minutes working in a quiet dynamic, with football and decision making. Stretching at the end and conclusions. I always take a feedback from the customer.
