How long is a football coaching session?
There are 3 options for the length of session, 60, 90 & 120 minutes. All sessions consist of areas of the game the player wants to work on, as discussed with the coach prior to the training. Throughout the session there is time for feedback and analysis. Many sessions are adapted as the player progresses through the session time.

What training is involved in the session?
All training sessions are personalised to meet the individual needs of the player. Examples include a beginner looking to learn the fundamentals in a fun and friendly environment, a 5 a side player looking to improve their fitness, an academy prospect looking to better understand their position and a semi professional player looking to improve their finishing.

I would like to train alongside a friend, is this possible?
All coaches provide 2+ player sessions for those looking to train alongside a friend, teammate or sibling. 2+ player sessions can consist of 2 to 6 players.

How much does a session cost and do you provide discounts?
A one off session starts at between £35 and £40 per hour, dependent on the coaches qualifications. For players requiring regular coaching we provide 5 and 10 session packages which include a discounted hourly rate. Coaching packages act as credits and can be used anytime, with no expiry, subject to the coaches availability. For further details on session prices, view the coaches profile page.
