Session Plan
All sessions can be catered to the player, but a typical session would be as follows: A warmup, usually using the ball for 10 minutes. 20 minutes working on a key technique. 20 minutes working on the specific technique in a more game realistic way. Then finish the session with 10 minutes of speed and agility.
