Session Plan

Each session builds towards achieving session goal and progressive steps to overall development. Goals devised by the player and myself to maximise player potential. Warm-up relevant to technical content of session. Techniques challenged during the session to develop technique under pressure. High emphasis on focus, hard work and game realism.
