Football Coaching Experience 

I'm currently completing the UEFA A and the UEFA Elite Youth ‘’A’’ Licence. My 8 years of coaching experience has involved all ages and abilities. I started my coaching pathway from Ajax Hellas Academy (collaborated with AJAX FC online system) as a Lead Foundation Phase Coach (U9-U12) and then I moved to Olympiakos FC for 5 years as a Youth Development Phase Coach (U13-U16). At the same time I was coaching in various Senior Amateur Teams as a Performance Coach. Since 2019 I am working at the Development (U14-U16) and the Advanced Centre (U9-U13) of Charlton FC. Additionally, I have a degree in Sports Coaching (Football Specialty), in Diet and Nutrition and a Level 2 Coerver Coaching Diploma (Skills Teaching Method).

Session Plan

My session will focus on brain training -synergy between mind and body- an element that will be involved in every part of the session, combined with the technical content and coordination as well. My aim is to develop the skills, the confidence and the creativity of the individual, to maximise the dynamic body control, optimise the perceptual and the cognitive skills and all of these under the personal needs of the individual, which would be discussed with the player/parent. Depending the level and the ability we can focus on Position Specific detail.
