Session Plan

Each 1 to 1 session is created on the athlete's abilities based on: age, technical and tactical skills and role on the football field. We always start from the individual technique to develop it and insert it into real game situations.

Each session is structured in phases defined with specific objectives.

2: Individual technique and tactics applied to communication with other players:

3 Technical feints and body feints;

4 Development of skills trained within 1v1.
