I am a specialist speed and agility coach who has been coaching football in the UK and abroad for over 15 years. During that time, I have led numerous teams to titles across Asia and many individual players have gone on to receive college scholarships, play professionally or represent their Country. I also have experience as an Arsenal soccer school coach and as the Head of Sports for an International school and currently coach in an independent school in Portsmouth while volunteering at a junior girls’ academy as well as a tier 8 senior 1st team.

Session Plan
After an initial consultation with the player I will design each session based on their current level, playing position and personal goals to maximize their enjoyment and progression. These targets will be constantly reviewed as we work together to ensure all technical, tactical, social and physical needs are met.
